Abstract Work

I enjoy creating pieces that are strictly color, line, texture.

Long before I knew what neurodivergence was, or that visual stims were a thing, I was… Drawing my lines. Collecting scraps of paper. Gathering photos. Stashing magazines. Hoarding cutouts. Stockpiling pretty paper things like a magpie.

It was a privilege to attend art school *and* I became hyper critical of my creations as a result of it. It took me a while after college to re-learn how to PLAY with art. Abstract experiments were key in helping me discover a style I liked just for the look of it - No intense concepts or critiques to paralyze my flow.
